Elizabeth (Liz) Oyarzun joins Tannehill Law LLC as a Real Estate Paralegal, bringing a sophisticated understanding of the Chicago property market. With over five years of previous experience as a real estate agent, Liz possesses a deep, practical mastery of residential transactions and the high-stakes nature of contract negotiations. This background allows her to provide clients with a rare level of strategic insight and support throughout the legal process, acting as a bridge between the market’s demands and the law’s requirements. She understands that behind every transaction is a person or family looking for security, and she prides herself on making the legal side of real estate feel accessible and transparent.

While completing her ABA-approved degree in Law and Paralegal Studies at Harold Washington College, Liz developed a strong foundation in Real Estate Law, Contracts, and Estate Planning. She combines her hands-on market experience with legal knowledge to provide clients with clear guidance and dependable support throughout their legal matters. Liz is committed to making sure every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process of their legal matter.

Liz is fluent in both Spanish and English. Outside of the office, Liz applies her precision and creativity to her passion for woodworking and DIY home improvement projects in her Chicago neighborhood.
